$2,995 – 3 Days / 2 Night (Minimum) – (All rates 2 to 26-people)

$4,175 – 6 Days / 5-Nights / $4,595 – 8- Days / 7-Nights
RENTAL RATE INCLUDES: ALL TAXES & FEES, bed-linens, towels, exit-cleaning,
free street parking, Wi-Fi Internet (and firewood during the Winter months)
Weddings & other events are allowed for an additional $800 with no food or
beverage minimum or time constraints, BYOB & save tons of $$$!
Holiday dates require a min. 3-night stay & month of October has different pricing.

POLICIES
Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our guests. We will not share your email address or personal information with anyone.
Smoking: For the safety of your guests and the Nu Wray Country House, this facility is a non-smoking property indoors as well as outdoors. There is a $250 cleaning/restoring fee per room for breaking this policy and you will be asked to leave immediately.
Pets: We love animals, but we do not have accommodations for them. We can recommend a wonderful local “Pet-Sitter” who will lodge pets. You will be asked to leave and charged a $125 cleaning fee for breaking this policy.
Capacity: The maximum number of guests per room is two, with the exception of Rooms 11/12, 15 and 16/17, which can sleep 3 guests.
Fees: All rental rates include a 7% sales tax and a local 3% tax.
Cancellations: Please refer to your contract.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Should you arrive early, please feel free to visit the Town / Visitor Center.
Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs require prior arrangements or a late check-out fee of $100 per hour will be applied.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: As our guest of The Nu Wray Country House, you agree not to upload to the Internet, publish, broadcast, or perform, or cause others to do the same, without owners express written consent, any information gained as a result of your stay with us. Said information includes, but not limited to, descriptions, methods, opinions, reviews, facts, pictures, video and audio recordings, and the like. You agree to pay owner $200 each time said information is accessed by the public. You acknowledge that utilizing a false identity to upload said information may additionally result in your being charged with a crime. You agree to reimburse us for expense we incur in determining your identity to enforce our rights. If you cannot agree with these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to stay with us.
